Gondwana 13 is now less than one week away.

The Organizing Committee of Gondwana 13 will provide laptops and multimedia projectors for plenary and parallel session speakers. All the laptops are PC compatible. Please save your slides as Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. We will appreciate it very much if you can backup your slides as a PDF files in case that your PPT files is not able to be properly shown in our laptops.

To make all the sessions going smoothly, the plenary speakers, who will present their talks in the morning of 15th September and in the afternoon of 17th September, are requested to copy their PPT files in a laptop placed at the Registration Site on the 14th September and by the noon of 17th September, respectively. Other oral presenters are requested to copy their PPT files to the laptops in each meeting room half day in advance. There is one volunteer in each meeting room who will take charge of the laptop and multimedia projector.
