Oral Presentation Guideline

Your Presentation
The oral presentations have been fixed. Details about time slots of speakers please see the Program. We strongly encourage a presentation with 5 minutes left for discussion and to entertain questions from those in the audience. The time limit will be strictly enforced to facilitate movement between sessions.

Normally personal laptops cannot be used for oral presentation. You must load your files to the computer supplied by the organizer via proper media (USB-disk or CD). You also should bring a backup of the presentation on alternate media.

The computers in the presentation room will be Windows XP-based PC with Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. Please note that there is no Internet access in the oral presentation room.
