Onspot Registration will take place on in the evening of October 10 and in the morning of October 11, 2008. The sessions will begin in the afternoon of October 11, 2008

Registration Fee

* All incurred fees charged by the processing banks prior to the arrival of the transferred fund should be borne by participants themselves.
* Students must provide a letter from their advisor confirming that they are currently enrolled at a university or college.
Only after the registration fee (at least one of the authors) is received, the paper will be accepted.

 Full payment of the above registration fee entitles the Regular and student participants to:

1. Attendance at the Conference
2. Welcome Reception on October 11
3. Coffee Breaks
4. Lunches and dinners on October 12, 13 and 15
5. Excursion on October 14

Full payment of the above registration fee entitles the Accompanying persons to:

1. Welcome Reception on October 11
2. Lunches and dinners on October 12, 13 and 15
3. Excursion on October 14

If you are interested in the symposium, would you please do the online registration first? After the online registration is done, a confirmation letter will be sent to you and a Formal Invitation Letter for your VISA to China (Non-Chinese citizen) will be issued to you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail, fax or express mail to Ms. Cuiling LAN, Center for International Scientific Exchanges, Chinese Academy of Sciences, No. 52, Sanlihe Road, Beijing 100864, China; Fax:+86-10-68597753; Email: cllan@cashq.ac.cn.

An administrative charge will be deducted from the amount, according to the date the cancellation letter received. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Registration fees are not transferable.
