1. 1, Reservation for hotel accommodation must be done by online registration before August 31, 2008, in order to enjoy the above special discount rate for the Conference.

2. 2, Room deposit should be paid together with the registration fee to ensure the reservation and the deposit won't be refundable if no show is occur (not check-in in the day as booked online).

3. 3, If coming 12 hours later than your check-in date, one more night room fee will be charged.

4. 4, Hotel fee other than the deposit should be made to the hotels directly when you arrive in Dalian.
