In order to include the paper in the proceedings, at least one author of each paper must complete the registration form by July 1. Student participants that will be presenting more than one paper in the conference are required to pay the regular registration fee (not student fee). According to IAPR's policy, should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one registration is required for publication although other authors are encouraged to register and participate in the conference.
Each paper (oral or poster) must be presented by an author at the conference. Failure to present a paper during the conference will likely result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference digital library.
For early planning purposes, all attendees are encouraged to complete Online Registration before July 1, 2011, to enjoy the early bird discount registration fee.
On-site registration desk will be open from 10:30 to 20:00 on September 18, 2011 and from 08:30 to 18:00 on other meeting days at the lobby of the Conference Venue.

I) REGISTRATION TO THE MAIN CONFERENCE
The registration fee (both regular and student) includes admission to the main conference, coffee-breaks, buffet lunch on Sept. 19, 20 and 21, USB proceedings, dinner banquet and welcome reception. All prices mentioned in this web-site are in Chinese Currency (CNY). Please check the Currency Conversion link (http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic). On May 29th, the exchange rate from USD to CNY was 6.48722 CNY/USD

register. Admission to the conference is not allowed without registration.
Cancellation charge
All cancellations of registrations must be made in writing and addressed to Ms. Cuiling LAN by email (cllan@cashq.ac.cn). No other means of cancellation will be considered.
- Cancellations received in writing up to Aug. 15 (inclusive) will be reimboursed up to 70% of
the registration fee, deducting the service fee of the banks.
- No refund will be provided for partial or total Cancellations after Aug. 16 (inclusive).
Refunds will be made after the conference.
